How can journal prompts help motivate you?
Everyone desires to be a better person, but it is not always easy. Motivation can often be hard to come by, especially when feeling unmotivated. Journal prompts can help to motivate you in many ways, such as:
- Getting things out of your head and onto paper can help you feel better about yourself and what you want in life. This is because writing down your thoughts is no longer just floating around in your head.
- Writing down your goals helps keep them at the forefront of your mind so that it is easier for you to achieve them. In addition, once written down, it is easier for us to remember what we need to do to achieve our goals and dreams.
- When we write down our goals, we become more aware of how close or far away from achieving them we are at any given moment in time, as well as what we need to do next to reach those goals or dreams sooner rather than later, and depending upon how long it takes us.
Journal prompts for self-discovery.
